School distinctively ChristianLIBERTON Christian School is a state-integrated full prlniary school catering for pupils from year 1 to year 8 with a capped roll of 62 pupils. Located in the northern suburb of Pine Hill, the school has a wonderful rural outlook. It is a part of Dunedin's wider Christian community, with the mission of providing a primary education that is distinctively Christian in character, of the highest quality and equips children for life. It cares about the spiritual, academic, cultural, social and physical development of its pupils. The staff are committed to upholding the school’s special character, and parental involvement is encouraged. Staff regard numeracy and literacy as cornerstones to a child’s future learning. Pupils also receive specialist visual arts tuition. WIth small class sizes, children receive quality programmes that ensure individuals are catered for. The school recently updated its library resources and now has a stunning reference collection and several thousand dollars worth of new books spread across all age groups.
